1.Job description:
1.1 Create JD for a new job by filing the form after discussing it with the job line manager and reviewing the standard responsibility of the job.
1.2 Update the JD as require.
1.3 Archive the JD after obtaining the employee signature.
2.Organizational structures:
2.1 Update the organizational structures periodically
2.2 Add and remove positions as needed after preparing the necessary forms and apply it in SAP system
3.SAP:
3.1 Create positions
3.2 Maintain relations & positions
3.3 Personnel actions (Transfer & Separations)
3.4 Update cost center
4.Performance appraisal:
4.1assist in the creation of the forms that target each level of the employees (Top and middle management, laborers)
4.2Follow up and make sure all employees have been evaluated
5. Workflow & workflow diagrams.
6. Onboarding: by giving new junior orientation session
7. Prepare OD reports: (Turnover, Relations report and Weekly report)
#Learning & Development
1. Training need analysis: Prepare the annual training plan by discus the need of each department of the sector and then search for the right course at the best price possible
2. Succession planning: by identifying the critical roles and prepare potential candidate
3. Individual development plan (IDP): giving employees the chance to get clear career path by focus on the strength point and growing in the organization
4. COOP Training: coordinate with the concern department and supervise the training process
5. Internal training: Conduct and coordinate internal training as needed
1. GOSI: Adding and excluding, reporting occupational injury and analysis each month bill to cost center (seventeen user).
2. Medical insurance policy:
Negotiate with insurance brokers, establish, and renew the insurance policy.
3. Letters (Termination, Introduction ….)
4. Managing employee annual travel tickets
