Manages the sales cycle from the contact stage to the post-closing stage in the sectors allocated
Manages and coaches the sales team members dedicated to the particular sectors with the purpose of meeting sales targets and building strong brand equity and relationships with key accounts
Responsible of meeting the sales targets assigned for the sector in warehousing, transportation and freight forwarding business.
Accountable for all potential customer proposals, quotations, and important official communication
Prepares sales plans and works closely with the operation Dep and team members to achieve them
Utilizing a depth of customer knowledge, formulate a quick gap analysis of the current supply chain services at customer sites and develop appropriate responses to meet the customer’s needs.
Qualify inquiries/bids against target market, core competency, revenue potential, company capabilities and projected business forecast
Manage the RFP process to include solution design concepts, deadlines, supply added information,
Be responsible for overall customer relationship, during implementation and transition to operations.
Classify, update and maintain database with all relevant data for all outlets.
Manage all assigned budgets, materials and equipment in a secure and efficient manner.
Achieve trade coverage, visit frequency and outlet visit plan in order to maximize route effectiveness and efficiency for channel.
Ensure that the channel volume and distribution objectives are achieved.
Support the trade through regular and accurate communication and problem solving.
Ensure targeted product availability brand awareness and visibility.
Ensure optimal stock levels, product quality and freshness through stock management.
Keep up to date with new developments within the channel and recommend targeted outlets for P.O.P communications and targeted consumer segment.
Implemented marketing campaigns and media events for products launch, and developed media and advertising strategies including Above-The-Line and Below-The-Line activities to build brand identity.
Managed key accounts with rentals, discounts and other related issue, set budgets for various contracts, collection targets, and maintained a rigorous check on all work methods.
