• Bridge the gap between engineering and project management to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Identify and assess risks associated with electrical engineering aspects of projects.
• Develop strategies to mitigate and manage risks to ensure project success.
• Ensure client and stakeholder satisfaction by delivering projects on time and within budget.
Jeddah Tahliyah Gate Residential Towers. Sondos Real Estate, in cooperation with the Ministry of Housing.
• In-Charge and oversee the overall execution of all electrical systems, construction activities and operation. Ensuring that these confirm to the required schedule, technical specification, quality and cost.
• Managed and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.
• In-charge for the implementation of the scope of work as related to construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning of the project in conformance with project specification and in accordance with the approved project schedule.
• Monitor and report to Project Manager/Sr. MEP Manager of project details, progress report, risk management and other related works in a timely manner.
Performing all practical and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
• Assisting on projects.
• Ofering suggestions for improvement.
• Writing up reports.
• Helping to conduct research to create new applications.
• Assisting faculty with classroom instruction, records, and assignments.
• Leading discussion sections.
• Conferencing with students individually or in small groups.
• Delivering lectures or guest lectures.
