For the period from (2-2008) to (01-09-2010)
1- From (2-2008 till 7-2009) in Baghdad started as logistic supervisor in Saba Marine services the agents for American president line (APL).
2-From (9-2009 till 8-2010) promoted to Erbil branch manager
At the beginning my major duties was as following
1-regestring the new branch office in Erbil
2-Hiring a lawyer, accountant, finalizing all regular procedures in order to finish branch registration, getting the member ship in Chamber of Commerce card which is useful in getting the visa for the foreigners.
3-Developing, implementing and maintaining a business plan for the branch.
4- Co-coordinating sales, purchasing, distribution, warehousing and staff costs.
5- Focusing on achieving customer acquisition, retention and cross sales.
6-Managing the daily activities of the branch.
7- Identifying then addressing team training and development needs using the APL (GO! CRM) website system.
8-Enhancing awareness of the(APL) logo branch and brand.
9- Liaising with the Area Manager to develop innovative marketing strategies.
10-responsible for dealing with complex and diverse managerial problems.

Filed team leader في UNECIF

For the period from (7-2003) to (31 - 12- 2007end of contract)):
Volunteered as Filed team leader in the emergency program for the united nation children’s fund (UNECIF) that provided number of activities implemented in Baghdad and 13 governorates to ensure proper hygienic service for the children and women in Iraq.

1- Based on request from WESH section and in order to determine the efficiency of water and sewage projects; asses 5 water projects in Baghdad and all water projects in Salahdeen governorate in addition to 4 sewage pumping stations in Baghdad and all sewage pumping stations in Salahdeen governorate. The work includes assessment of electro-mechanical parts and the structure of the facilities.

2- Due to the collapse of municipal service after invasion of Iraq and as an emergency response; conduct assessment to Al-Rashad residential area and in coordination with community and UNICEF WESH staff develop campaign to restore the municipal services for 7, 000 beneficiaries. The work includes supervision of team of workers, supervisors and specialized machineries to collect the accumulated garbage and clean sewage collection open channels

3- Conduct an assessment to 7 most deprived residential areas around Baghdad city for the efficiency of water provision services. Based on the assessment and in coordination with the community recommend to UNICEF WESH supervisor water trucking distribution plan; the distribution plan include the involvement of community in the distribution and monitoring. Based on UNICEF approval coordinate with contractor to start the distribution process and monitor the process accordingly to insure the adequacy, equitability and proper quality of distributed water.

4- Conduct rapid assessment in areas affected by military operations in (Sadir City, Saba’ Qsoor, Jurf Al- Nadaf and Abo Ghraib residential raeas) in Baghdad city and Tela’afer district in Ninawa governorate. Based on the assessment recommend and discuss proper emergency response plan with UNICEF WESH staff and implement the plan accordingly.

1-support and maintain computer systems, desktops, laptops and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal performance.
2-Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring PC performance.
3-Accurately document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal.
4-Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future computer hardware needs.
5-Support development and implementation of new computer projects and new hardware installations.
