Responsibilities: Selling is the backbone and the daily routine of the company. Working with Advanced Hospitals Solutions Division (AHSD) is all about selling and executing “The State of The Art Turn Key Projects” as per U.S medical standards in different hospital departments.
The responsibilities include (and not limited to) the following:
- Conduct presentations regarding the products, projects and proposed architectural designs.
- Visit customers frequently and cover W.Z governmental, military and private hospitals.
- Travel with clients and visit reference projects done by GMC.
- Fully understand each product and keep up to date with all suppliers’ updates.
- Study the market environment and Initiate new potentials.

Responsibilities: Carry out inspections of the Research Laboratories and resolve daily routine issues in coordination with the Service Providers and Research Laboratory Personnel, with focus on the provision of a great client relationship, effective collating of statistical data, providing management with Information and presentations plus the following:
- Set up the parameters of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with each lab Principle Investigator (PI).
- Build successful working partnerships with the Client (Labs Users), subcontractors, and other internal functions.
- Initiate and implement effective quality improvement programs.
- Monitor and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed according to the agreed schedules.
- Coordinates with HSE all necessary safety issues.
- Receive and solve complaints in each lab.
- Prepare weekly and daily reports to include activities, training, meetings, safety issues and concerns.
- Issue Engineering Job Requests (EJRs) for any additional request in each lab and follows up with the responsible subcontractor(s) executing this job.
