 Development of statistical risk rating models & tools for credit risk / consumer risk analysis, credit portfolio view and other asset classes.
 Develop analytical methodologies for targeted portfolio, industry and geographic analysis to test risk appetite, limits, concentration and strategy.
 Independent Validation of risk rating models for continuous monitoring and updation.
 Adequate understanding of Basel principles related to risk management tiers. Being part of Basel Implementation Steering group.
 Identify segment-specific, idiosyncratic risks by using high-frequency data statistical analysis and predictive modelling.
 Examine statistical reports and other documents related to credit scores and Probability of default for continuous innovation.
 Identify, review, analyse and manage operational risks in business units with timely reporting to senior management and Board Committees.
 Developed group wise RCSA (Risk Control Self-Assessment) and adhere periodic monitoring.
 Co-ordination and implementation of IFRS 9 ECL provisioning policies for Overseas and Domestic operations.
 Developed Business Requirement Documents for automation of credit processing and risk rating engines along with their integration with core banking system.
 Preparation of relevant financial statement analysis of peer banks and collateral information for further presentation in portfolio review.
 Obligor assessment - analysing borrowers’ credit worthiness via credit data, financial statements, and systems to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit, and to recommend appropriate credit limits and/or credit structures.
 Review of relevant strategies, policies and procedures, as developed by Business Group/ Divisions/ Functions being forwarded to wing.
 Facilitate in data collection and analysis of Consumer Products, Basel Reporting (Overseas Reporting Formats etc.) / MCR calculation & stress testing.
 Perform macro scenario analysis for proprietary stress testing related to Credit exposure of the Bank.

13. Prepare feasibility and cost benefit analysis for new products and improvement proposed.
14. Follow up of projects that are already sent for approval from steering committee and respond to the queries on real time basis.
