Within the scope of managing the Allianz Turkey Desktop Applications Development and Integration project; Management of 60 project employees consisting of 4 separate company departments and management of other project stakeholders for project budget and profitability targets, administrative tasks and performance targets, customer satisfaction, project plan and project schedule compliance.

My primary goals were sales, business development and customer satisfaction. Together with my team, we provided to our customers IT support and consultancy services.
I managed my team which has 13 IT engineers, I managed relations with producers and business international partners, additionally I managed other departmental employees as functional managers in order to achieve our profitability, our performance, SLA, OLA targets and customer goals. Also I was responsible for unit budget, planning, HR and administrative processes.
My teams were in Istanbul and Ankara. My responsibilities include supporting customer and managing vendor and operations for Infrastructure, Data Center and IT Services which have storage, backup, converged, hybrid, virtual systems and cloud Technologies.
As a partner of EMC, Oracle, HP, DELL, IBM, NetApp, Microsoft, Cisco, Brocade, VMWare, etc. I managed the team for all support and consulting and professional services such as Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Storage Assessment, Information Life Cycle Management, Big Data, Data Center Assessment, Data Center Migration, Data Migration, Technology Advisory etc.
We consult, support and implement our services with HW and SW products of EMC (Clariion, Celerra, VNX, DMX, VMAX, Avamar, DataDomain, Isilon, VPLEX, Recover Point), NetApp (DataonTap, FAS & E Series), VCE VBLOCK, IBM Storwise Series, HP (3PAR), Oracle ZFS Series, DELL (PowerVault, EqualLogic, Compellent), Symantec NetBackup, Microsot, Violin FlashArray, Cisco MDS Series SAN, Brocade SAN.

Professional Services for Data Center Migration and Assessment, Data Migration and Replication, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity and Virtualization.
Operational and technical experiences on implementation, integration, upgrading and troubleshooting for many vendor HW and SW products using their support processes and tools for example EMC, Oracle, DELL, IBM, HP, NetApp, Cisco, Brocade.
For example implementation, integration, upgrading and troubleshooting EMC HW and SW products such as VMAX, VPLEX, Recover Point, Isilon, Celerra, Centerra, VNX and Connectrix SWs for customers.
Using as partner of the global companies products we provided our IT support services and consultancy to the our customers, that they from financial, industry, energy, retail and government sectors. Our primary goals were sales, business development and customer satisfaction.
We provided products and services solutions to the our customers for their Information Technology environments. We did pre-sales and post sales jobs. We worked together with our global partners for many projects. We used their products together with our services like implementation, support and consultancy. Consultancy services means DC Assessment, DC Migration and Consolidation, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Information Life Cycle Management etc. We had some contracts in Platinum Level Agreement with keeping alive customer systems for 7x24 with one hour response and 1 day resolution time, furthermore we had gold and silver level agreements depends on the customer choice.
