• Personal Assistance to the Management
• Assist administrative staffs to prepare their papers.
• Prepare Customs related papers, Invoices, Airway bill etc.
• Prepare, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, web and newspaper publications, reports and related material from machine dictation and handwritten copy
• Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations
• Mail correspondent with Staffs, Suppliers, and Customers etc.
• Prepare meeting’s agenda, schedule, attendance sheet, evaluation papers and confirm appointments
• Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
• Set up and maintain manual and electronic information filing systems
• Determine and establish office procedures
• Arrange travel schedules and make reservations
• Supervise and train branch staffs in procedures and in use of current software.
• PC and Network troubleshooting support.
