INSTALLATION OF CONTROL SYSTEMS HONEYWELL EXPERION PKS 210 WITH PLC CONTROL SYSTEM SOFTTMASTER 100R
Installation of Control System (PKS Experion R210) . System consists of C200 controllers and PLC controllers. The redundancy configuration in our system is Processor type. The Station software was Experion PKS Stations running on Windows NT V4.0 (Window 2000 Professional and Window 2000 Server). System configured in Ethernet FTA configurations. System consisted of 2000 I/O status and control points.
INSTALLATION OF ANNUNCIATION SYSTEM (RTK 9000TS)
Supervise the installation of the event monitoring system. The system used event recording (SER 9000TS Sequential Event Recorder) FROM RTK. The SER interfaced with the DCS (Exprion PKS 210), the system was designed to monitor the parameters in case of failure of PLC/DCS. The system was capable of recording the parameters in the presence/absence of PLC/DCS in the two forms, Hard copy as print, Soft Copy as the Access data Base. Live monitoring was done the AMS (Alarm Monitoring) Software.
INSTALLATION/COMMISSIONING OF CONTROL SYSTEM FOR COOLING TOWER FANS
Design and install the Control system for control of the Cooling tower fans. There were 13 cooling tower. The control system was developed to automatic air flow with the temperature .They were equipped with the vibration transmitters and vibration switch. They were interfaced with DCS using PLC Soft master 100-R. The control system monitors the vibration of the Fan and trips Fan Unit as the vibration reaches the specified vibration limit.
