Assist in the development and implementation of general accounting policies, processes, and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the business unit to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established standards and procedures.

Review accounting records to maintain integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the accounting records.

Responsible for developing and applying appropriate intercompany and related transacting policies and ensuring timely reconciliation.

Coordinate and oversee all the functions (AP, AR, Revenue, Treasury, fixed assets, etc.) to ensure the completeness of the period-related expenses and related accruals, prepayments, provisions, and other debit & credit balances.

Participate in hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating finance and account staff.

Lead and coordinate the period closing activities to ensure timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and analytical reports.

Analyze the GL accounts and ensure the balances are appropriately maintained by each period’s closing.

Facilitate the necessary samples & analysis required during the quarters & year-end external audits.

Identify and resolve complex accounting issues to resolve promptly and design policies and procedures in those areas.

Management of cash flow from B2C customers to ensure the working capital is on track.

Review and approve the documentation of LC, LG and other facilities.

- Verify daily cash and credit sales from bank through Internet banking and
reporting to CFO, Group CFO & Chairman.
- Collect purchase invoices from all branch managers and reconciliations of
petty cash expenses for all branches on daily bases.
- Analyzing, presenting and reporting petty cash to upper management i.e. item
wise, branch wise, region wise, monthly and quarterly.
- Supervising monthly and annual stock taking at main ware house and
branches.
- Extract & analyses daily, monthly and yearly sales data from main server and
report to CFO.
- Making JV for supplies invoices in the system, and generate Suppliers aging analysis report weekly.

• Conduct assigned audit engagements successfully from beginning to end of our major clients e.g. PPC, PDA, SIDA.
• Executed audit assignments as per audit programs and monitor deadline of assigned tasks.
• Perform walkthroughs and analytical procedures, designed TOC (test of controls) and sampling selection.
• Advising clients for the preparation of their financial statements and disclosures in Accordance with International Accounting Standards, IFRS’s and other statutory requirements.
• Participate in audit planning (Client profile preparation, materiality, sample selection, and risk assessment etc.)

• Obtains and reviews evidence ensuring audit conclusions are well-documented.
• Interaction with client’s management to discuss the control weakness, implications, and recommendations.
• Provide non assurance services to clients i.e. Bookkeeping, Compilation of Financial statements.
• Implementation and training of accounting software (QuickBooks) to clients (BeFare, Khattak Optics etc.
