Managing construction of pharmaceutical factory.
Production area construction, steel structure for Storing areas and clean rooms panels partitions.
HVAC systems, purified water, compressed air and Hygiene equipment.
Supervision of Testing & commissioning of following systems:
HVAC: 1500TON. Induced draft, counter flow, closed circuit cooling towers. VFD primary and secondary pumps. Air distribution system consist of dehumidification units, ERU (Energy Recovery Units), CCU (Closed Control Unit), AHU, FCU and extraction fans.
Ventilation system includes Kitchen hood Extract & Supply fans, Car parking impulse fans,
Staircase pressurization fans & Smoke extraction fans.
- Filtration system of Olympic swimming pool capacity is 3500 GPM. Sanitation system includes Corona
discharge Ozone Generator and Chemical Dosing System. Similar setup for other swimming pools
provided as well.
- Dancing Fountain.
Project is a villa in Khartoum, total area is 7000 Square meter at the bank of Blue-Nile River. Villa consist
of various facilities such as swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Landscape area. Our Scope to supply and install all
MEP systems as, VRF system(AC), Solar Systems, Swimming Pool & Fountain filtration, sanitation and
heating equipment, Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Lift, Fire alarm system, CCTV Cameras and Smart
home system.
National Club is recreational facility, construction area is around 20, 000 Square meter and more than
25, 000 square meter landscape area. The building consist of different recreational facilities such as
Skating Rink, Cinema, Shooting hall, elevators & Escalators, Olympic swimming pool and three
recreational swimming pools, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam. Dancing Fountain provided at landscape area on
4, 000 Square meter. Brief description of Major MEP systems as following:

circuit cooling towers. VFD primary and secondary pumps. Air distribution system consist of
dehumidification units, ERU (Energy Recovery Units), CCU (Closed Control Unit), AHU, FCU and extraction
fans.
Ventilation system includes Kitchen hood Extract & Supply fans, Car parking impulse fans,
Staircase pressurization fans & Smoke extraction fans.

managed by advance software as to control nozzles and lights movement.

Looking after hard services, includes buildings, roads and infrastructure.
Managing MEP maintenance projects in Abu Dhabi district includes palaces, schools and multi activities buildings.
Managing HVAC installation projects.
