Job Title: Human Resources Specialist
Main Responsibilities: ❖ Employees Relation: • Identify the organizational structure of the company.
• Human Resources planning.
• File Manager with medical insurance companies, insurance companies of the group
• Follow the work of commentators has (Passports - Municipality - Social Security Gosi)
• Entries of Employment Contracts for new arrivals.
• New employee orientation
• Updating of Passport, Residence Permit, ID and Medical Cards.
• Making Comments for increments in the location action form and later checking proposal form.
• Booking Air tickets in the travel agencies for Annual leave, resignation and termination.
• Preparation of New Arrival, Resignation and Termination list on Weekly/Monthly basis.
• Preparation of System Action Forms & Leaver's Final Settlement.
• Follow up of Overtime sheets at the end of every month from all locations.
• Renewing the employees residence permit with the help of government relation representatives.
❖ Recruitment & Resourcing
• Responsible for fulfilling vacancies by recruiting competent candidates suited in the provided job descriptions including skill set, education, experience, nationality and other relevant qualifications.
• Develop recruitment strategies and identify sources of applicants to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
• Developing relationships with external, internal agencies.
• Manpower forecasting based on organizational goals and objectives.
• Reconcile budgeted positions against the current manpower to reflect the actual budget of each department under • Evaluate and process requests pertaining to transfer and promotion on budgeted vacant positions.
• Handles the recruitment process which includes short listing, contacting, initial interview for suitable candidates, evaluate interviews and score tests.
• Preparing CV's and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.
• Schedule interviews for the approved and selected candidates from the client.
• Prepare, maintain and update of the interview records and interview reports.
• Coordinate between both clients and candidates regarding interview appointment, requested documents and any other necessarily issues.
• Further processing of selected candidates and documentation of On Hold and Rejected candidates.
• Negotiating pay and salary rates between client and selected candidate to finalize the agreement "offer" in order to satisfy both sides.
• Forwarding the offer to the candidate and confirming the acceptance of it to the client.
• Provide proactive measures to avoid re-occurrence of any previous recruitment relevant problem (s)
❖ Payroll System: • Work on MINAITECK System
• Work on monthly salaries of the group companies.
• Handling all payroll services activities.
• Deductions, Salary Increment, Final Settlement
• Data input of new employee information to Oracle
• Preparing Over time & Attendance analysis
• Closing monthly Payroll
• Processing vacation
• Supervising Payroll Team in reconciliation of payroll and printing of pay slip through the system
