Design, Developed and executed oracle forms and reports by using PLSQL language And give support online. My practical experience includes development, testing and support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
*My responsibility is design and developed new forms and reports as per requirement of client and I also create report in excel format with plsql and if there is any issue on client site at runtime I give them support online also.
*Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues.
*Work with experienced team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing.

Project:-Hospital Information System
I have completed several modules in Hospital management system software, we designed and manage all the areas of a hospital such as medical, financial, administrative and all corresponding process of services. The billing, insurance processing modules effectively process clinical data for efficient payout for health encounters.
Some major departments of my project in Hospital Information system
1. We design and execute patient management (scheduling, registration and long term care)
And maintain the records effectively inpatient details, outpatient details billing details.
2. Complete electronic filling system in this system the file goes through several phases like
Appointment to registration then doctor and then reception and so on.
If doctor want any test for the patient he send it electronically from his system to any department like
Lab, x-ray etc.
* Invoicing and file Information.
* Accurate follow- up of all services of In-patients and out patients.
* Issue all medical reports to the patient with all their visits or for one visit or for a certain period.
* Print sick leave reports, patient medical report, patient follow-up report etc.
* Record prescriptions and alternatives and notify the pharmacy automatically.
3. Patient care management and departmental modules (radiology, pathology labs) complete lab and X-ray report.
4. Complete Pharmacy Systems Modules: - In this module more than one external pharmacy can be followed up and data exchange between them and the main warehouse, or operate individually or in association with both hospital and clinic management and accounting systems.
