• To develop annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly Plan of the district program activities along with staff.

• Coordination & Liaison with District Administration, line departments (Health, Education, Livestock & Dairy Development, Animal Quarantine, Wildlife, Forest/Agriculture about program activities and recording their feedback.

• Assist the APM in proposals writing & developing concept notes in accordance to the project theme or relevant areas.
• To develop the news articles on program activities and events and their impacts.
• To prepare and share Budget projection, monthly RFF, and ensure Budget follow up according to the monthly plan
• Appraisal & Evaluation of the staff/employees on the basis of performance.
