In the Year - 2003, I was deputed to our PIA New York Office - USA, to reconcile the pending work relating to Credit Sales, Outstanding Balance / Invoices, Cash Sales and for making adjustments in Ledger.
In the Year - 2005 and 2006 visited PIA Katmandu Office - Nepal to reconcile 2 Years’ back log and during my stay I also prepared various types of Managements Reports.
Frequently visited our Offices at domestic stations for reconciliation and for preparation of statements as desired by Management.
Now I’m working in P.I.A.C as UNIT HEAD in Revenue Section of Finance Department for last Eleven years. My work includes the following:
o Downloading BSP and Other Agents Sale Data from all Net Work.
o Working with Quasar (Revenue Accounting System from M/s Sabre Inc. USA), Sabre Reservation System.
o Preparation of Various MIS Reports from BSP data as when as required.
o Maintaining of Bank Guarantee for BSP Agents.
o Maintaining Defaulted Agents list and status.
o Preparation of Evaluation Statement of GSA appointment at various stations.
o Preparation of Provision JV on monthly / quarterly / half yearly / yearly basis.
o Preparation of Earned Revenue through ARIES software.
o Calculation and determination of Unearned Revenue
o Preparation of Stations / Agents wise statement of BSP Sales.
o Reconciliation / checking of R-10 Statement
o Cash Reconciliation
o Preparation of Yield Statement
o Preparation of Accounting / Revenue Statements
o Preparation of JV for adjustment
