► POS - Point of Sales - to check the sales & Accounting end of the day from X/DXB
► following the set procedures of the Operations Department in all activities such as
Reservation, Issuance of tickets, and generation of reports to Sales & Accounts Department
► arranging special arrangements for customers requiring assistance for Wheelchair,
Unaccompanied Minors, seat assignment, Meals, etc. are handled with
Highest levels of professionalism.
► Reporting all Customer complaints & appreciations to the Reservation Supervisor with a copy
To the General Manager. Supporting the Reservation Supervisor with the required facts during
