Responsibilities: POST CONTRACT
•Preparation and submission of Monthly Interim Payment Application as per SOV (Schedule of
•Values) or as per the site progress.
•Responsibility for periodic meeting with Engineer's/Cost Consultant Commercial Team for
•negotiating over payment certification and for variation claim approval.
•Issuing TAX invoice to the Client based on the approved Interim Payment Certificate and
•follow-up for the Payments.
•Identify the Contractual Variation and raising the same with proper as per the FIDIC 1999/
•Particular Condition of Contract.
•Responsible for submitting the cost Claims such as Prolongation, Acceleration and
•Disruption with evidence.
•Preparation and periodic updating of the payment tracking schedule, variation tracking
•schedule and Subcontractor liability schedule etc.
•Preparing the Bid Tab prior to issuing Subcontract agreement.
•Preparing Contract to the Sub-Contracts, Labor Supply and to Suppliers.
•Responsible for checking of the sub contractor's payment application and to issue the interim
•payment certificates.
•Co-ordination with the Client and Consultant for the final account.
•Quantity takes offs for monthly payment application as per POMI (Principle of Measurement
•International) for re-measure contract. PRE-CONTRACT
Ensure tender documents received are sufficient / complete Vs the tender enquiry received.
Identify the scope of work from the tender documents.
Responsible for the timely and accurate quantity take off and review of drawings, specification,
BOQ, tender addendums/ clarifications and other documents as deemed necessary.
Floating enquires to suppliers / sub-contractors and obtaining timely quotations.
Reviewing commercial/technical aspects of quotations received from suppliers/sub-contractors to check its compliance.
Identifying anomalies/discrepancies, if any, in the tender documents and raise queries to the contractor/consultant/client as appropriate.
Preparation of value engineering proposals as and when required.
Discuss level of margins to be used on all bids with the General Manager/Estimation Manager.
Filling of final BOQs and preparing other documents as required for submission.
Ensuring timely and accurate submission of bids.
Ensure a smooth hand-over process for successful tenders or file reports on unsuccessful ones.
Preparation of detailed budgets for projects based on accepted bid prices.
Produce detailed breakdown for successful projects to enable General Manager to assign PM budgets.
