Achievement:
• Working on Lusail Commercial Boulevard District (CBD) Project which consists of 18 buildings including offices, hotel, residential, retails and exhibition gallery. The project also pursing for Boulevard Street cooling.
Accountabilities:
• Reporting MEP Technical Director.
• Working on a front end role to co-ordinate between client and design production offices.
• Coordinate with the Owner Representative, Main Contractor and Sub Contractors.
• Lead the team of engineers across the design offices.
• Ensure that Detail Design is carried out in accordance with approved Schematic Design.
• Prepare/review RFI documents. Review tender documents and ensure the works are carried out in accordance with approved tender documents.
• Perform Value Engineering exercise.
• Responsible for reviewing the Mechanical design plans, calculations, reports and specifications.
• Prepare engineering report and other correspondence related to work activities.
Achievement:
• Completed FIFA 2022 Stadium, Doha Metro and other major iconic projects.
• Prepared Water and Energy savings report for FIFA 2022 stadium projects in compliance with GSAS, ASHRAE and Plumbing Codes.
• Completed Energy Modelling for iconic project using IES and eQUEST program.
• Contributed to the development of preparing strategies, policies, guidelines and action plans in the relevant areas of environmental sustainability and/or climate change.
• Contributed to the development of audit systems including processes, policies, manuals and forms & templates for GSAS based-certifications.
• Presented and participated confidently in meetings to debate on technical review issues.
• Delivered number of training workshop on Energy and Water Management.
Accountabilities:
• Reporting to the Chairman.
• Project Manager for major projects in Lusail City, FIFA 2022 Stadiums and Doha Metro.
• Provide technical expert design advice for Mechanical Services systems.
• Review client’s MEP systems proposals and methodologies adopted to pursue the GSAS Certification.
• Prepare report based on the review of client’s submissions (including toolkits, calculators, drawings, reports, simulations, datasheets and any other form of evidences) for various project scheme including stadium, railways, healthcare, education, commercial, residential, hotel and mosque.
• Develop and update technical manuals, calculators for GSAS and other programs in collaboration with subject-matter experts.
• Review of documentation for prerequisite and criterion compliance to standards.
• Provide quality control reviews and technical support as needed to clients to streamline the error free submission for Certification.
• Assist in the improvements of GSAS standards and certification processes.
• Provide regular reports on site audit visit matters.
