•Provide leadership to ensure prompt prioritization and coordination of all unforeseen issues at the site, escalating to the Project Manager as required.
•Represent the Company in meetings with the Client, interfacing EPC's, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders. Lead meetings and record minutes of meetings as required.
•Fulfill Client requirements as necessary Provide leadership to ensure prompt prioritization and coordination of all unforeseen issues at the site, escalating to the Project Manager as required.

•Provide strong leadership and coordination to ensure the manpower is working effectively to achieve the project KPI's.
•Pro-actively resolve performance, scope and schedule issues with the Client as they arise.
•Provide cross-functional coordination on site, with external vendors, subcontractors and stakeholders as required.
•Attends daily / weekly coordination and progress meetings with the contractor as required.
•Manages Contractor scopes on site to ensure all works are in line with contractual arrangements.

Inspection of incoming, in-process (various stages) & Final stage product.
•Improvement points given to vendor & fulfill quality requirements of different customers.
•Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers and review and approve designs, calculations and cost estimates.
•Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
•Interactive regarding any quality issues & quality performance with Customer & vendor.
•Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
