Key Responsibilities.
• Procurement In-charge of Third Party Inspections as required by Saudi Aramco Standards.
• Procurement In-charge for Query of Prices for Projects Materials also for bidding For upcoming projects
• Procurement In-charge for Effective Deliveries of the Material Purchased.
• Over-all Invoice Comptroller for Saudi Aramco Claims of Back Charges and Purchased materials.
• Procurement In-charge for Administrations Material Camps facilities, Fix Assets requests.
• Preparation of Summaries of Invoices due for payments, verifications, status and other related financial concern for Construction Department, Mechanical Department and Administration.
• Technical Verifications of Material Requests to Co. Qualified Engineers.
• Procurement In-Charge of Internet queries for Vendor and Material Suppliers.
• In-charge for placement of Purchase Orders to suppliers both Facsimile & Electronic Mails.
• In-charge for drafting Procurement Dept. Memos, Administration Correspondence, and Accounting Dept. queries and correspondence.
• Confirmed and verify related certificates of inspection, material test certificates, Aramco Vendor ID No’s, request for inspection, and status report and progress accomplishments.
• Provided expertise on preventive/predictive maintenance and corrective maintenance for Department Network Computers, Copier Machines, including hand-on experience and maintenance procedures, work plan and maintenance schedule coordination, time, cost, quality, human resources and procurement management.
• Data Management/Tracking of Purchase Orders and provide updates to requestor for the materials requested in supply chain for expedite request
• Efficiency & creativity in developing solutions to fulfill the work schedule, specifications. Good interpersonal skills, leadership qualities and ability to adapt to a new environment

• Responsible for managing end to end Procurement for oil and gas pipe line & EPC projects.
• Developing Vendor relationship, negotiation and finalizing contracts with regulated vendor list.
• Research and identify the new vendor to solve the material flow to project with cost efective, high standard quality and just on time with complete required document.
• Coordinating with project team for TPI & IAP and with estimation team for bidding.
• Supervising team of seven people to operate procurement function and coordinating cross function. department logistics, store, inspection& finance department to complete P2P cycle.
• Managing procurement budget & weekly presenting reports for cost control and monitoring.
• Expediting the Procure to pay cycle in Shut down projects and other EPC Projects
Working in sales, marketing team to create a business plan and sales strategy in order to pitch the top-notch
audience all over the KSA, especially in the western region
·Looking day to day Sales of Major/Minor Clients
·Supervising Operation and Maintenance in association with other OM Partners as Subcontractor
