- Provide a full range of technical support facilities across the company, troubleshooting queries and addressing all
employees’ concerns in a prompt manner using IT Ticketing system.
- Monitoring all IT servers, ensuring to update the patches and maintain security.
- Develop network resiliency to ensure business operations are available with no disconnection.
- Manage M365 admin portal, AD, Security, Online Exchange and Azure Platform.
- Provide the required support on selecting, purchasing and implementing hardware, software, and related professional
services necessary for improving an organization's operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and monitor purchasing activities to ensure that all orders are placed and delivered in a timely manner.
- Supervise IT Infrastructure Engineers, System Administrators and Technical Support Engineers.
- Managing full IT assets on excel in addition to implementing/maintaining on IT asset management system (Solarwinds).
- System administration ( ISMs, Nexus, ZKTeco BIO Security and Solarwinds ticketing system).
- Prepare and maintain yearly IT operation expense report (Capex/Opex) .
- Part of yearly IT audit process, complete the IT related reports, providing information, evidence and remarks.
- Managing the daily tasks of IT team.
- Conduct tests and performance evaluation analysis, ensure compliance of system architecture to set standards.
- Active directory administrator.
- Developing the IT policies and interfaces.
- Monitoring all the server, ensure to update the patches and maintain the security.
- Administrating the cloud software of the business: ISMs, Snipe-IT and Spiceworks.
- Updating and developing the SQL users database on Nexus software.
- Assisting the management to ensure the improvement of IT department performance
- Operate and monitor information technology systems and their performance.
- Troubleshoot local networks, connectivity issues with ISP on data circuits, and liaise with all concerned parties to resolve the issues.
- work with various stakeholders to source IT infrastructure, equipment, materials as needed.
