Manpower Planning Recruitment and Staffing of Employees.
Provide active support in the Recruitment of Employees.
Preparation of Job Offers and Employment Contracts.
Submit candidate offers and follow up until placing.
Employee Orientation and Record Keeping.
Instructs the HR staff to ensure that the new hired employees are registered to the labor office, GOSI and for medical insurance.
Gathering and Filing of Employees’ Documents.
Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system.
Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
Preparing all kind of HR related letters like Salary Certificate, Warning letter etc.
Maintain Benefit Records of Insurance and Vacation Leave Administration.
Maintain Leave Records.
Maintain Information System Records.
Good command on GOSI online portal.
Good command on manual payroll system.
Handling time sheets, overtime record, shift management for payroll.
Prepare the monthly payroll.

Employee safety, welfare wellness health reporting and employee services.
Provide organization effectiveness, guidance / support for employee.
Provide exceptional administrative support to peers and senior management.

Gathering and filing of Employees’ documents.
Ensuring Personal files of every employee are complete and correct.
Assisting to provide employees files for the management.
Preparing Salary Certificate, Experience Certificate and other certification.

Joining / exit formalities of associates.
Instructs the HR staff to insure that the new hired registered to the labor office, GOSI and enrolled for medical insurance.
Responsible for all establishment and time office matters and maintaining of personnel files of employees relating to attendance, leave etc…
Experienced in HR (policy, process, procedure, benefit, and compensation).
Feedback to Manager for any critical issue pertaining to operations activities.
Any duties assigned by HR Manager or anyone assigned by Him.
Checking and Review sick leave
