Responsible for providing 1st level / 2nd level support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving PC/Server/Network problems.
Provide all type of Desktop/Laptop/Server/Network related Hardware and Software Support.
Act as first point of contact for day-to-day troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution of end-user related IT and Systems Administration problems
Takes initiative and participates in IT strategic planning process.

Creation, deletion of Domain users, adding, removing or updating user account information, resetting passwords, managing permissions and groups, etc.
Providing Technical Support and managing all Modules of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009
Remote Support to All Showrooms and Branches across Saudi Arabia & Bahrain
Maintain and update all IT related inventories, IT hardware and software purchasing
Providing ERP Training to the new employees based on the module and operations they are into
Admin access to Time Attendance System for complete Functions Ex (Adding employee to Time Attendance System, Transferring to other Branch, Leaves Entries, Holidays, Absent.
Generating Staff wise Attendance Report every month for Pay Roll Purpose.
