• Worked as client-side project engineer during the construction and commissioning of Burj Libya Complex, which includes a 21 floor hotel and a shopping mall in Khartoum with a total value of 130 million Euros.

• Drafted, negotiated and managed all the contracts with our consultants, contractors, vendors and service suppliers in accordance with company policies and international standards.
• Conducted cost analyses and market surveys for materials and services and managed to create a database to be used in negotiation with the company's construction and installation subcontractors.
• Conducted pre-qualification of subcontractors and participated in the bid evaluation process.
• Managed to reduce the company's costs significantly by identifying new subcontractors and creating and updating pricing benchmarks, which gave the company a better negotiating position.
• Exceeded the annual target for identifying and pre-qualifying competent subcontractors before completing a year, which entitled me to a 20% raise less than 9 months after being recruited.
