• Preparing Quantity Take off Sheet for various construction activity to support the Sit
Execution team.
• Preparing Variations and taking approval from Client and negotiating with client if needed.
• Preparing Monthly invoicing and taking approval from client.
• Taking Approvals of variations from client and consultant.
• Preparation of Technical and Commercial Proposals.
• Study and analysis of tender documents to ensure all required information is available.
• Contracting contractors, suppliers and manufacturers to obtain subcontract and material
offers.
• Submission of direct and indirect cost estimates for final review and approval of higher
management.
• Coordination with related client/consultant engineers to approve technical proposals.
• Confer with Tender Manager, engineer, contractor and subcontractor on changes and
adjustments to cost estimates.
• Providing advices as per the tender documents to site execution team on different stage of
construction.
