• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including GCC/GSO standards, municipal standards, corporate policies, initiatives.
• Playing a key role in new product development and R&D, managing customer processes, complaints, non-conformance reports (NCR), and recall management. Driving supplier development, management, audits, approval assessments.
• Implementing and managing Goal Setting, OKRs, and KPIs, driving recruitment and performance assessment, and ensuring National and International Regulatory and Statutory Compliances.
• Manages market quality Assurance and B2B Customer complaint handling including market sample analysis to understand the behavior of the product at retail outlets.
• Develop and own the meat category plan and provide pre-sales technical support.
• Conducts periodic inspections of rented cold storage to ensure finished products are protected and fulfill the GMP requirements.
