It includes, Sub grade, Compaction of different layer of Sub grade & Embankment, G.S.B and competition of G.S.B, W.M.M and compaction, D.B.M & B.C, Mix design of concrete, G.S.B, .W.M.M, , D.B.Mand.B.C, Testing of cement, soil and bitumen. .Level and compaction. Constructions activities of Culvers & drain which includes, shuttering, Reinforcement & concreting. Construction of drains & sump as per as MORTH, IRC& IS CODE, closing of RFI and NCR etc
Responsibility :
Conducting various test of materials which includes, cement, sand, Aggregate Steel and their Documentation. Conducting different test of concrete and its Documentation
Handling all the activities of building construction which includes Shuttering Reinforcement, Brick work, stone, Flooring, Concreting, Plastering water Proofing, white washing & painting of as per Specification

Responsibility : Monitoring all activities of QA/QC which Includes documentation of project as per as Quality management system, coordination with Client for approval of material, work mythology, resolving quality related issue with clients, Evaluation of subcontractors, inspection and Testing of construction activities including Materials

Mix Design, Trial Mix, managing & deployment of Staff for QA/QC Activities. Monitoring Production and Quality of concrete, Approval of source for Different materials & vendors. Coordination to implement quality Management system: Planning to adhere Quality Plan and Implement ISO Procedures & Documentation, Handling Client Complain, approval of bill of R.M.C Arranging Internal and external test of Materials. Conducting Quality Meeting Giving Quality training and arranging internal Quality audits, managing of external Quality Audits, Preparation of Method Statements with ITP, Meeting with clients, Preparation of Compliance Report against Observation report made by General Consultant of DMRC. Raising of NCRs & closing of NCNs raised by client, Monitoring quality of site activities as per as the Specifications mentioned in Contract Documents, Monitoring material testing inside house, arranging material testing in outside lab, Getting approval of materials from the client, Conducting Calibration of all the equipments as per as calibration plan, maintaining all documents as per as Quality Assurance Plan and involvement of all the activities of Quality Control & Assurance
