• Coordinate the whole transport Responsible for getting the right products in the right
quantities, to the right locations all at the right time.
• Efficiently managing a team of drivers and vehicles, Responsible for all the routing,
and tracking of delivery vehicles.
• Arranging the passes for drivers, making security approvals and follow-up the
shipments in planned schedule.
• Handling all the delivery notes and making invoices in the end of the month.
• Making sure that all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
• Arranging for the induction and training off all drivers and briefing about the new
routes and daily program.

• Directly reporting to Construction manager and Project manager
• Record the store materials delivery notes and prepared the GRN.
• For Materials issuance updating on the system daily.
• All stock records as Material Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes.
• Requisition, etc., are field and retained appropriately of easy traceability.
