Assign responsibilities to staff & monitor performance.
Efficient time & fleet management by ensuring minimized idle time of fleet as well as drivers.
Recruitment of Staff.
Actively participate in Regional management meetings and act as true team member by maintaining friendly & positive professional relations with entire management team.
Arrange & control outsources fleet as & when required
Performance Indicators: 100% attainment of sales targets on a monthly basis. Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of management policies and programs.
Cultivate a disciplined sales culture through reporting, monitoring and control activities.
Analyze and provide advice to other managers on leadership techniques, managerial methods.
Conduct assessments and suggest enhancements to methods, systems and procedures in areas relating to operations, corporate communications and human resources.
In conjunction with my team, plan weekly sales calls.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
Interact with Business Marketing and other departments to discuss issues and ensure that they understand customer needs.
Based on the business requirements plan for reorganization of the operations to achieve higher performance.
Responsible to supervise any contracted or clerical staff hired for specific campaigns or road shows.
Direct and train staff to cross sell and up-sell in assigned accounts.

To identify new opportunities across all verticals via cold calls & existing relationships.
