1. Working with SMEs, business stakeholders to understand & prepare As-Is process flows
2. Analyzing processes using Six-Sigma tools; Suggesting improvements & preparing To-Be processes
3. Preparing requirement documents & working with development team for implementing in PEGA (BPM tool)
