Summary:
• Recruiting the candidates: Recruitment and communicating the terms of employment.
• Sorting the profiles: Ensuring that the highest quality profiles are sorted
relevant to the requirement.
• Screening the candidates: Candidates are screened to see if they meet minimum
qualification for the job.
• Coordinated interviews, made initial offer to candidates, briefed candidates on
compensation
• Works with the (HM) to prepare the job description and ensures proper procedures for
review and approval are met at the department level
• Posts recruitment on selected job boards
Role:
Responsibilities:
• File employee‐Related documents, answer department telephones, relay
messages and distribute information to employees.
• Entering and updating employee information into company databases
• Handling benefits information and processing termination paperwork.
• Performing payroll and timekeeping functions
Responsibilities:
• Maintain eligible candidate lists; provide names of eligible to department
representatives upon appropriately approved requests.
• Operate a variety of office equipment including a computer, copier, and
utilize various computer applications and software packages.
• Coordinating with all people managers in all employee related issues
regarding employee investigations, absence issues, counselling, grievance and discipline
etc
Responsibilities:
• Handling a team which takes care of wireless issues with the broadband.
• Working in both customer retention and technical support teams
according to organization needs at various situations.
• Providing support for the customers located all over India via inbound & outbound
calls.
• Need to make sure that the customer is retained with Sify whatever it takes.
• Handling wireless configuration related queries
Responsibilities:
• Handling both Inbound and Outbound calls according to the organization needs at various
situations.
• Inbound calls constitute clarifying customer's queries about the credit cards (Citi
Bank).
• Outbound calls constitute selling credit cards (Citi Bank) and insurance covers (Royal
Sundaram & TTK), incrementing credit card limits, taking survey about customer experience
and verifying customer details.
