Roles & Responsibilities:

Client: Qatar Railways Company (Qatar Rail) (vide Louise Berger Egis Rail JV - PMC JV for Qatar Rail) (+2 Years)
Project: Design and Build Package for Doha Metro Phase 1- Red Line South Elevated and At Grade Project (RLSEAG Project), Doha
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for administering all changes to contract scope, schedule and budget changes on the Project, as well as, ensuring that all respective contract documents are conformed to incorporate all agreed and approved changes.
• Develop and manage contract change documentation.
• Responsible for Consultant/Contractor payment invoice reviews for scope and consistency with the program procedures prior to recommending approval (for payment) to the Project Manager.
• Provide Periodic Change Log Status Reports for program stakeholders to have up to date contract change information.
• Support project reporting preparation (with respect to scope, schedule, and budget changes).
• Support consultant and contractor procurement processes.
• Maintain contract change log.

Client: SONATRACH (Main Contractor: Kellogg Brown and Root International) (+ 3 Years)
Project: New LNG Train Skikda Project@Skikda, Algeria
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Overall Management for Correspondence with Client / other Contractors / Subcontractors / Engineering Consultants / Local Authorities etc.
• Facilitating Weekly/ Monthly/Quarterly Progress Review Meetings, Progress Monitoring, MIS / Overseeing variations and claims. Attending local courts for contractual matters etc.
• Drafting, Correspondence with Clients / Contractors / Subcontractors / Engineering Consultants, Drafting Subcontract Agreements, Follow up for insurances, Bank Guarantees, Preparation of Claims, Processing Extension of Time (EOT), Claims for Extra items, Request for issuance of Change orders, etc. complete.

Corporation Limited (+22 Years) Projects: Construction of Residential Buildings, Commercial Buildings, Civil Infrastructures and State of the Art Railway Stations in Maharashtra, India Roles & Responsibilities:
(A) Supervision of Construction of Buildings & Infrastructures : (From January 1984 to April 1997)
•Supervision of Residential, Institutional, Housing Buildings, State of the Art Railway Station, and Infrastructures like Asphalt Roads, RCC Pathways, Large Earth Cutting / Reclamations, P. & L. Trunk Sewer Lines, Bridges, and other allied works required for industrial development in Navi (New) Mumbai.
(B) Railway Station: Arbitration and Claims Management : (From April 1997 to April 2004) (JV of Indian Railways Constructions Company Limited (IRCON) and CIDCO Limited)
•Arbitration and Claims Management for Railway Stations cum Commercial Complexes constructed by CIDCO-IRCON JV on Mankhurd-Belapur Railway line on Western flank of Maharashtra State, India.
•(Arbitrations for CBD Belapur, Nerul, Juinagar & Vashi Railway Stations)
•Directly reporting to designated successive Chief Engineer & General Manager (Technical) and assisting IRCON oficials for Overseeing Contractor submitted Claims and Arbitration, Variations, Follow - up for Claims Management, preparing defences for claims, attending local court and High Court for various Petitions and matters connected therewith.
•Preparing replies/rejoinders for Claims, Preparing Counter Claims, filing rejoinders, Preparing Pleadings, Assisting Techno Legal and Legal Counsels For preparation of Pleadings before various Arbitral Tribunals, Liaison with Advocates for follow up of Arbitration cases in District Court and High Court.
