Responsible for Assisting in Planning, Developing, Organizing, and Directing the overall (Preventive & Predictive) maintenance of the Plant, facility, Building, and offices. And also responsible for assisting in providing management reports on metrics associated with equipment performance on a regular basis.
Professional classification responsible for planning and design in the area of Mechanical, Electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system including developing policies standard, inspection procedure and evaluation tools for MEP matters along with prepare, review drawing, specification and cost estimates for the mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.
Lead the site Maintenance function in providing both a reactive and proactive, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment and
facilities infrastructure. Responsible for planned scheduling creation and
overseeing the adherence and timely completion of work carried out. Increase
the site operational effectiveness, improve on project delivery, mean time
between failure and downtime reduction, and manage and implement
improvement plans, driving Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) ensuring that
Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements are adhered to. Manage the
team on technical best practices and establish standard policies and
procedures whilst also mentoring and leading the department. Implement and
manage continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principles by
highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working
practices, and processes.
Responsible to review plans and specifications according to the plan.
To manage to oversee the work of subordinate staff contact architects or Engineers, and prepare plans, details, specified, and cost estimated of plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and general piping system.
Ensure to provide technical advice to staff designer, supervisor, inspector and contracting service provider, regarding installation and maintenance of MEP System.
Analyze mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions. Identify problems in design, plan, manage and deliver multiple projects.
Ensuring plan, organize the review, and evaluate the work of consultants, contractors, and others. MEP Engineer has to knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and Project management software.
