• Developed and implemented an IT Service Risk Management framework in CSC, and helped customers adopt the framework into their organizations
• Implemented a unique model to measure user’s perception of IT Services for a large Chemical Company that resulted in improved CSAT scores
• Successfully spearheaded the process design and implementation at First Gulf Bank, and faced the auditors, getting them the ISO20k Certification in the process
• Received appreciation from a large Bank in the Middle East for the level of analysis done as a Solution Advisor for Desktop Virtualization
• Effectively streamlined the Infrastructure Operations, winning several awards & appreciations from both the customers as well as the organizations worked for
