Working with Separator, Booster gas compressor, Gas lift compressor, Glycol dehydration unit, Pigging activities, Chemical injection optimization, Crude oil transfer pump, Produce water disposable pump, Skimmer, Vapour recovery unit, etc.
Job Responsibility:
• Make regular routine check of all equipment and units to ensure that they function correctly in accordance with standard operating procedure.
• Isolating draining, purging and handling over equipment for maintenance.
• Coordinate field activities with control room. Log & update field parameter on time interval basis.
• Monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient options.
• Start and stop equipment in safe manner as laid out in procedures.
• Prepare equipment or site for maintenance as per PTW requirements.
• Track of field chemical consumption & consumable items.
• Maintain first line of maintenance on field equipments.
• Taking of plant shut down & Start up operation.
