RESPONSIBILITIES
* Monitoring compliance with Al-Futtaim Carillion HSMS ISO 9001/14001 & OHSAS 18001
* Communication / Consultation with the line and safety staff
* Coordinate training and Competence requirements for safety staff and line operational requirements
* Support the line managers with Incident investigation & Reporting
* Maintaining HSE documentation to satisfy Internal and external auditors
* Reporting HSE Performance.
* Development of site HSE process audits and formal site inspection schedules
* Assisting the line with the production of Risk Assessments
* Prepare Schedule and monitor Emergency response, conducting Emergency Evacuation drill. Reviewed and update Company's emergency procedure as and when required.
* Issue Safety Infraction reports, NCR's etc.
* Ensure Plant inspection, inspection of rigging slinging and lifting tools, cranes and convey safe Mechanical or technical procedure.
* Ensuring that Environment aspects are considered during planning and execution of work.
* Developing and implementing safety programmes, incentive programmes, safety competitions and other activities which will develop & sustain the interest of the workers in establishing & maintaining safe conditions of work & procedures.
Employed by M/s. Al Futtaim Carillion L.L.C. as a HSE Advisor in Naphtha Hydrotreater Reformer (Civil Work) with Emirates Petroleum Corporation Limited (EPCL) since May 2007.
