• Originating the transactions by efficiently managing the existing and developing new relationships.

- Successfully managed large corporate portfolio worth approx. PKR 50 billion (USD 250 Mn) comprising of corporate accounts from various sectors including Textile, Cement, Food, Power, Automobile, technology, Pharmaceuticals, Sugar, Distributor, Confectionery, Oil Marketing etc.
- Managing a team of highly charged six individuals striving for collective goal of surpassing the assigned Corporate, Trade and Cross Selling targets (Trade business target of PKR 31 Bn, trade income target of PKR 41 Mn and funded portfolio target of PKR 38 Bn).
- Critically review the credit proposals raised by the relationship managers / associates and ensure all risk and regulatory parameters are covered.
- Proven record of surpassing all assigned budgeted targets.
- Consulting with clients to analyze and formulate their expansion plans. Develop strategic solutions to meet their financial goals.
• Managing a corporate portfolio worth PKR 6 Bn ($ 63 M) which includes blue chips like Lotte Pakistan, ICI Pakistan, PSO, Indus Motors, and PARCO. The portfolio includes companies from the following sectors: oil marketing, fertilizers, steel manufacturing, foods, cement and chemicals
• Finalizing project appraisal reports, recommending exposure and pricing to Head Office Credit Committee.
• Evaluation of corporate clients' credit worthiness.
• Coordination with the Investment Banking Division for the project financing credit proposals. Arranged syndicate financing for projects costing up to PKR 800 Million.
• Detailed analysis of working capital financing proposals through comprehensive industry research, financial modeling, financial/ cash flow projections and risk management based on various models.
• Site visits for understanding production process flow etc, raising the credit proposals to provide timely and structured credit solutions and advice to meet the client's needs, preparation of routine reports required by management.
• Prepared projected financial statements and built investor return analysis models (net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), internal economic rate of return (IERR), terminal value, return ratios, etc.)
• Managing the operations of corporate client's transaction based on daily needs.
