✓ Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
✓ Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file.
✓ Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
✓ Regular monitoring of store as per policy of the company.
✓ Preparing stock status report by counting opening balance and closing balance of all cards available in the branch on daily basis.
✓ Preparing request report of cards requirement on daily basis.
✓ Responsibility to receive cards from ARAMEX after proper checking the types and quantity of cards as mentioned in delivery note.
✓ Conducting Inventory on daily basis as per policy of the company and preparing Inventory Reports of available cards in the store.
✓ Conducting Inventory of all salesmen in the branch on monthly basis.
✓ Reporting immediately to Head Office about any kind of short & damage in the custody of salesmen.
✓ Responsibility of sharing key policy of the company.
✓ Handling office petty cash for the office printing and Office stationary, Cafeteria, and maintenance of office equipments.
✓ Ensuring forecasting and implementation of all financial and administrative requirements in relation pertaining to services & facilities, public relations in the assigned area.
