This includes the installation of LIE and LIR according to tapping points, as well as the installation of vibration sensors, RTDs, thermocouples, and SWAS analyzers. Additionally, I oversee the erection and commissioning of SO2, NO, CO2, opacity, and CO analyzers at the chimney. Furthermore, I handle the installation, testing, and commissioning of 150 public address system networks and 105 CCTV networks in chain at various locations.
• Negotiated effectively as a sub-contractor for ABB INDIA LTD at the Barh project, overseeing commissioning of Drives and field instruments, ensuring precise cabling and termination of power and signal cables for power generation, transmission, and distribution systems
• Managed erection of Air lines & impulse pipe lines, with detailed studies of P&ID and hook-up drawings, supervising mounting of field instruments and conducting loop testing for field/Panel mounted instruments
