Preparation of payment schedules for contractors of carpets and suppliers as per schedules to ensure timely and accurate payments in time.

Site visits periodically to check the inventory items being provided to contractors for utilization in manufacturing in remote areas.

Ensure coding of fixed assets at Head Office and at factory.

Brief and facilitate internal/external auditors in internal and final audit of the financial statements.
