Responsibilities:
• Manage Materials Planning under Supply chain
• Raw Materials Planning
Raw Materials Purchasing & inventory management:
➢ Work with Supply chain team to convert the demand plans into Supply’s
➢ Analyze incoming demands: identify order exceptions, misalignment with product rationalization strategy and opportunities to utilize existing inventory.
➢ Inventory management (when to procure and how much to procure) to match the plant requirement as well as the warehouse capacity
➢ Monitor levels of safety stock, global and aging inventory and work with regions and manufacturing plants to address accordingly.
➢ Issue the purchase requisitions in right time for all Direct Indirect materials.
➢ Scrutinization of vendors’ quotations for procurement of electrical spares
➢ Follow-up with purchase and logistic for material delivery and escalate any expecting stock out from any critical material.
➢ Ensure delivery on time within budget limits & quality standards
➢ Inventory segmentation / ABC policy review.
➢ Study the materials stock availability for scheduled maintenance jobs
➢ Increase the inventory turns by minimize the stock level and eliminate delivery delays
➢ Maintaining Parts List from manuals/drawings of all equipments related to Electrical, Instrument & PLC in order to confirm availability & ordering of recommended spares.
➢ Determination of maximum, minimum and re order level of electrical items on the basis of criticality and consumption.
➢ Communicate with suppliers regarding bilateral issues/ problems, to negotiate with them on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
➢ Accepting or Rejection of the received materials in warehouse on technical basis.
➢ Inspection of items, as to quality and quantity.
➢ Lead the action plan to reduce the Stock Excess and Obsolete
➢ Lead the phase in/phase out process for any materials
➢ Monitoring & reviewing achievements & deviations of the pre-defined plans.
➢ Continues improvising for process and procedures
Working on SAP:
➢ Perform daily maintenance related transactions via SAP software.
➢ Worked from E&I side in maintaining data for upgradation of existing SAP software to SAP S4 Hana which successfully launched in Hail Cement in 2022.
Upgradations Projects:
➢ Successfully arranged upgradation of Kiln Gas Analyser in 2022 from Chinese brand to FLS. Arranged spares parts & communicated with supplier timely to manage upgradation.
➢ Successfully arranged upgradation of Power Reel System on Clay Reclaimer in 2022 from Chinese brand to Magnetic Coupling technology of Conductrix Brand. Arranged spares parts & communicated with supplier timely to manage upgradation.
Responsibilities:
• Manage Electrical Planning as Maintenance Planner
• Responsible for effectively and precisely plan for all Electrical maintenance tasks before they are executed to assure that all plant equipment is maintained in the most reliable and cost-effective manner possible.
Process Maintenance Work Orders:
➢ Process all Work Orders (auto generated & manual) related to Electrical on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly & turnaround timeline by assigning the required parts, tools, procedures, drawings, internal and outside resources to the work.
➢ To develop cost & time estimate of maintenance works in Work Orders.
➢ Check warehouse materials and issue to Maintenance team assigned for Orders on daily schedule work.
➢ Manage other resources such as crane/trailer and heavy equipment and ensure contracts readiness or other resources required on the daily scheduled jobs.
➢ Plan, schedule, report and check all issued work orders.
➢ Plan major jobs with the assistance of senior planner and develop critical path charts when required.
➢ Update maintenance work orders statuses.
➢ Attend meeting & responsible for making the weekly and the daily work schedules.
Purchasing Spare Parts & Inventory Management:
➢ Study the materials stock availability for scheduled maintenance jobs
➢ Maintaining Parts List from OEM manuals/drawings of all equipments related to Electrical, Instrument & PLC in order to confirm availability & ordering of recommended spares.

➢ Work closely with warehouse & purchasing personnel to ensure that inventory levels are maintained to a minimum without compromising plant reliability or the effective completion of Electrical tasks.
➢ Ensure that surplus and excess materials are returned to the proper materials handling personnel for eventual return to the Warehouse.
Budget, Maintenance Reports & KPIs:
➢ Prepare and maintain Maintenance KPIs.
➢ Generate SAP and Plant Maintenance reports for performance or tracking analysis.
➢ Track maintenance cost regularly and project cost for all major projects and shutdowns.
➢ Assist in the development and execution of the annual Electrical budget i.e., Capex, Opex, Maintenance & Repair Budget.
➢ Keeping record of maintenance history & jobs performed related to Electrical maintenance.
Working on SAP:
➢ Worked as Power User from Electrical Department & Team Lead from Plant side for the implementation of SAP S4 Hana ERP Plant Maintenance module (Plant Maintenance Software), worked with SAP Team on developments of Equipments lists, BOM Lists, Job Plans, Maintenance Strategies & work orders formats for the system launching.
➢ After system launching, Prepared & manage Work Orders related to Electrical maintenance, allocate man power, spares & other required resources in work orders.
➢ To compile all work orders to be worked out by all plant departments & maintain record & follow up in case of any incompliance.

Facilities Management:
➢ Coordination of both operational and administrative tasks and activities
➢ Coordinate and report on cleaning/repairs /maintenance of site facilities (all office buildings, Chiller units, canteens, mosques & all lighting etc)
➢ Integrate & assist with the administrative tasks and duties with the Strategy, Planning and Contracts department to deliver required information.
➢ Assist in tracking of FM budgets and KPl's reports periodically.
➢ Coordinate with all respective functions on the FM requirements and accordingly prepare the scope and deliverable documents.
➢ Prepare meeting agendas, records, and distributes meeting minutes, and maintains organized files of same for FM and other departments as required.

➢ Planning spares & maintenance of of Frequency Drives(ABB), ABB Technologies
➢ Planning spares & maintenance of Distribution Transformers of Pauwels & Siemens Technologies
➢ Planning spares & maintenance of Simocode based MCC of Siemens Technologies
➢ Planning spares & maintenance of hardwire based MCC of Siemens Technologies

➢ I have worked in launching & maintaining ERP softwares (Plant Maintenace Softwares) Oracle latest version at Maple Leaf.
➢ Worked as Power User at Maple Leaf Cement Ltd. In launching the eAM Maintenance Module Oracle ERP
➢ Managed work orders generated by system (auto/manual).
➢ Managed daily oracle transactions from E&I side i.e. issuance & indent of materials.
➢ Attended all documentation regarding EAM, ERP, Inventory and Purchase Requisitions, Wapda
Billing, Audit (both internal & external) and ISO Department
INCHARGE OF ELECTRICAL WORKSHOP
Alongwith Plant maintenance & procurement, I also worked as Incharge of Electrical Workshop.
➢ Planning & procurement of all spares i.e. bearings, winding wires, parts of motors, tools etc for timely
Maintenance of plant motors, transformers & all unhealthy electrical equipment.
➢ Also make & implement plans for routine annual shutdowns of all power plants (Wartsilla, Niggata & WHRP) & both Grey & White cement lines for maintenance of their equipments at Electrical Workshop
➢ Successfully undertaken job of both bearings replacement of 5100 KW motor (Raw Mill Fan) in the last
Shutdown.
➢ Beside routine motors, Also done overhauling of all major motors of the plant i.e. Raw Mill main motor (4300 KW), Raw mill fan motor (5100 KW), ID fans motors (1800 KW), Kiln main motors (500 KW) & all major motors of power plants
