Presently working as QA / QC Department Manager at corporate level, based at Head Office in Al - Khobar Saudi Arabia. Reports to Executive Management, and ensure that the Company Quality Management Systems, Clients Quality Management Systems and the Project Quality Plans are fully implemented.
• Maintain and ensure that company is up to the standard of ISO 9001 : 2015 Quality Management Systems
• Ensures compliance of the company policies, procedures, standards, objectives, guidelines are formalized, up to date, available and makes recommendations from time to time for upgrading them
• Develop, Implement and Manage the Client Project Quality plan or QA/QC plan, including monitoring conformance of the project

• Ensure, participates in / supports third party Quality Audits are planned, conducted and implemented with timely management reporting during the different phases of project execution @ 15% & 60% i.e. Engineering, Procurement, Construction and commissioning or yearly complete project Audit
• Conducts Frequent Site Visits, Attend Client Meeting’s, Clear Site Issues, & Solve Quality Personnel Concerns
• Assisting & providing leadership to the Project Execution, Construction and Commissioning staff in the prevention of quality problems, identifying quality-related issues, and on their occurrence, initiating or recommending solutions, and verifying preventive & corrective action
• Coordinates with the Project Management Team for onsite administration of QMS, and standardizing construction quality across the project, in compliance with contract quality requirements
• Monitor and review the audit findings of: -
Planned Surveillance Audits on the Project as per planned Audit Schedule to ensure compliance with the Quality Plan, the Company’s Quality Assurance System and client’s Project requirements of the Contract
Planned Audits on the Company’s QMS to ensure compliance with the Company’s Quality Assurance System
Major supplier audit’s
• Ensure that all actions, works, and services undertaken by Sub-Contractors and Suppliers follow the respective Contractual Project Quality requirements
• Review and approve Suppliers, Contractor, and Subcontractor quality programs, including Project Specific:
Quality Plans
Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), & Inspection Checklist (IC)

• Coordinates with the Business Development, Marketing and Estimation Department’s to establish the preliminary Quality requirement on prequalification’s, questionnaires & bid requirements
