Key Responsibilities:
Organization of central workshop to conduct major repair and overhauling
Provide guides & recommendations to Company management for new plants purchased
Responsible for Technical and Administrative guidance to operator and drivers for Maintenance and Operation
Spare parts to be Sourced & Procured
Coordinate with Project Manger from time to time to identify site requirement ahead of time.
Plan safe transport of Plants and Vehicle between Project and Workshop
Site mechanical team to be Organized & Manage according to site need
Maintaining of log book for following.
a. Assets identification
b. Location
c. Past service history
d. Anticipated service
Maintain Service book for each plant
a. For Monthly service
b. Repair
c. Overhaul
Managing operation manuals and spare parts catalogues for easy access so as to review at needed time.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible to mange and plan maintenance and repair of the batching plant concrete pumps, Transit Mixers, Generator, Water pumps, Block Factory and Forklifts.
Responsible for the erection of the batching plants, Block factory at Qassim Road
To mange company spare parts situation, including fast moving parts stock and all type of equipments tires.
To supervise multinational skill workforce
Responsible for the training of staff and safety in the workshop
Responsible to control repair cost of the equipment
It is one of the biggest construction company in Pakistan, I was responsible to Manage, Schedule the Heavy vehicle and earthmoving equipment workshop and plants accessories at Kharjan Rawalpindi Road Construction Project
Responsibilities:
Project Development and Management
Plan Maintenance and Operation
To Manage effective accomplishment of assigned task like, construction, commissioning, inspection projects
Co-ordination with different department for the support and follow up assistance to ensure minimum disruption of the schedule.
To evaluate equipment condition and personal proficiency and improvement of working environment
Dealing with the accomplishment of government and private sector projects
Erection of asphalt and concrete batching plants.
Commissioning operation and maintenance:
Responsible to supervise the earthmoving equipments vehicles pumps compressors, Generator, Workshop.
Responsible for Plumbing Civil work, Crushing plant, Mixing plant and power house.
