13. Develop and implement corrective action plans and conduct investigations where needed to ensure local law compliance.
14. Maintain knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements and assist in maintenance of all policies and conditions of employment.
15. Act as the central point of contact for all medical insurance queries for locally employed staff.
16. Advise on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.

- Provide HR advice, guidance and support to assigned managers and staff handling HR issues and policies.
- Conduct research, interview, screening, testing and use candidate referral mechanism for job opening.
