1. Manage the overall Employee Relations (ER) programs and functions according to established guidelines and complete administrative practices.
2. Provide vision, leadership, planning, project coordination and management for the development of a cost-effective HRMS and HR-related IT systems (e.g. Oracle and SharePoint) while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs.
