Project Coordination
Project Coordinator for FIX protocol API project, which aim to accept fix messages (Forex Transactions) and handle the within the trading application.
• Gather requirements and document them
• Compare the available solutions in the market to and took the decision regarding project scope and target to be able to compete with available applications
• Prepare technical requirement document and keep working in parallel with development to achieve target
• Perform the Scrum Master role for many deliverables in different projects
