To provide a welcome service to our business passengers at Check in,
and at other customer service touch points and to assist in smoothing the customer journey through the airport.
To problem solve on site issues which impact on business customer experience at Dubai airport.
Assist Business customers during flight irregularities, co-ordinating communication with affected
passengers to ensure passenger experience remains positive.
To take service recovery measures when appropriate to protect the customer experience.
To act as liason with the call center team in delivering all elements of the business class experience
To act as liason with outstation network for special handling requests and coordination during flight irregularities
To provide a flight editing function in Dubai to ensure that any required service requests are
applied to individual customers
To provide customer recognition to our frequent fliers through individual contact on each
journey through the airport.
Facilitate Boarding and Deplaning
• My Responsibilities are:-
1. ICDL tester and coordinator approved for Gcc foundation.
2. Registration student for the online exams.
3. Receiving calls, and transferring them to other staff…
4. Registering candidates for new courses...
5. Weekly Prepare certificates for completed skill card.
6. Filtering old skill cards weekly.
7. Daily update closing skill cards and reminding candidates about it
8. Attendance report every month.
9. handling accounting and bills for the registration courses and also center expends, monthly,
10. Trainee the candidates for ICDL course Daily.
11. preparing meeting and workshops to the dealers and candidates
12. Attending and mentoring online exams weekly.
13. Responsible for the Renewal of icdl and Echo vision process, yearly .
14. Listening to the students and try to solve their problems
15. Making bills and transfer the cash monthly to the account Department in main office...
16. Daily communicate between us and Gcc foundation by sending emails using outlook software and calls..
17. Daily communicate between us and lits by sending emails and calls..
18. Writing letters in English and Arabic for the candidates and staff if its related to the courses..
