Rawabi AlAmin Distribution Co. (RADCO) was involved in the import and distribution of wide variety of foodstuffs like frozen meat and Fish, Chilled meat, Dairy products, Rice, edible oil, confectionery and a wide range of other types of tahi and philipino foods.
Virtually started the Co. from Zero level, complete team selection as well as product identification was my initial responsibility. Effective introduction of the product in the market. Covering different segment of the market.

Company is Sole Agent of various reputed brands like "PINAr dairy and PINAR meat Co" from Turkey, "Amazon brand pepper sauces" from Colombia etc.
My responsibilities were as follows:
* To market all the brands in the kingdom and some of them in the GCC countries.
* Created a network of dostributors in the middle-east.
* Regular visits to the distributors to supervise the marketing activities executed by them.
* Preparation of monthly sales target volume-wise and product-wise for distributors as well as for sales force.
* Monitoring Sales achievement on daily basis.
Strict control of product expiry.
* Launching new product professionally.
Suggesting improvement in the existing product as well as development of new products as per the market demand.
* Regular area visit with the supervisors and salesmen.
* Preparation of monthly reports concerning competitors activities like van operation, products development, pricing promotional schemes and product display etc.
* In addition to above I was handling the entire imports of the company.
* Reporting to the managing director of the company.
Fibreglass Industries was a reputed company in Patna. Bihar, producing a wide range of Fibreglass products under the brand name of FIBREX.
The assignment included promotion of a wide range of products such as overhead water storage tanks, sanitaryware, translucent plain and corrugated sheets, domes, car shade & canopies, false ceiling, flower pots and decorative custom made products. Execution of contract work such as on the site lining jobs of chemical tanks etc. Let a team of four sales representatives for the supply and distribution of the products to the dealers, distributors and various government departments. Reported to the prorietor of the company.
