• Followup Calls until the sale should be closed.
• Appointment of Distributers in vacant towns.
• Communication of Primary and Secondary targets to every Distributer.
• Maintain proper availability of all range of products in Distributer warehouses and Retailers Shop.
• Respond to Distributers and Retailers all queries and solve their all problems.
• Maintain FIFO system in Distributers warehouses to avoid the expiry problem of goods.
• Manage Distributers Field Executives team.
• R&R of Field Executives to be done every month for their performance grooming.
• Prepare Monthly report of sales performance Distributer wise.
• Review and scrutiny the performance of Distributor and their Filed Executive team.
• Prepare Monthly closing report and confirm the accurate report from Distributers.
• MIS Reporting, month end reporting of sales, closing and opening stock of distributers.
• To appoint distributer in every town.
• Resolve Distributer and Retailor complaints.
• Providing training to new Distributors about organizations standards.
• To keep a track on inventory following the FIFO strategies .

• To look proper and valid documents should be used for activation of new SIM from market.
