Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
Responsible for customers order processing worth of USD X million per month.
Coordination with Etisalat fleet management for timely pickups of customers’ orders all over U.A.E.
Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels
Working with ERP (Oracle) and CSS Software.
Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and products are processed through the delivery and warehouse system efficiently and safely.
Review pending orders with team leaders and appropriate actions on pending pick Pack & inbound put a way to finish within the KPI including SAV pick pack.
Answer mail to Brands/internal staff/customers within one working day for their any Queries or request.
Identify discrepancies between inventory records/locations and take action.
Supervise urgent pick pack orders by following Sales instructions.
Coordinate with related Customer in case of order cancellation, pick/pack and dispatch of manual invoices.
Checking the packaging material stock and make arrangements for ordering.
Monitoring and checking any pending inbound or outbound shipments and informing concerned department supervisor.
Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions troubleshooting breakdowns/requiring preventive maintenance and calling for repairs.
Inspect and responsible for hygiene and sanitation of floor and staff.
Supervise a team of warehouse employees, delegation training and performance evaluation, put worker safety as a top priority.
Keep the warehouse tidy and clean. Inbound/outbound/staging/items to be stored in a proper place.
Ensure proper transport, packaging, and placement of products
Motivate and lead warehouse staff to effectively carry out given tasks
Abide by and enforce facility rules and state laws and regulations
Maintain shipping documentation, manifests, and receipts and enter relevant data in reports as needed
Ensuring effective inventory management by monitoring stock receiving and dispatches.
Proper document handling of inbound and outbound stocks.
Sending and receiving stocks to outside UAE locations (Qatar, Oman, Bahrain).
Ensuring optimum level of inventory by procurement of required stocks and returning slow moving and non-moving stocks to vendors.
Doing all accounts entry in ERP (Electronic Resource Planning)
Ensuring proper stacking of stocks, category wise for effective picking and packing
Receiving Merchandise by verifying Shipment.
Performing inventory adjustments to facilitate cycle counts and physical.
Arranging location transfer of goods & making sure the delivery in time.
Reporting Everyday Branch Sales to the Head Office.
Tracking and checking the goods quality and quantity by scanning the barcodes, reporting the suppliers if any discrepancy found.
Manipulating, cleansing & processing data using Excel.
Data entry, data auditing, creating data reports & monitoring all data for accuracy.
Preparation of Goods Receipts Note PDTGRN/LGRN.
Preparation of statements of accounts, invoices, credit & debit notes, returns.
Handling all mail communications.
Creating and maintaining stock ledger and others reports in MS Excel.
Doing annual and regular Physical Inventory Count, clearing the variance by finding the reason.
Generating & Editing Different stock reports and submitting to the management.
Ensure that daily warehouse functions, such as receiving, quantity and bar code checking, expires, sorting, putting-away, order picking, checking, labeling and dispatch are properly & timely executed according to procedures in place.
Proper quality and quantity stock check-out in order to ensure 100% accuracy.
(Check and conduct proper handling of all inbound and outbound stocks - including stock returns to warehouse, daily local deliveries, imports and exports.
Ensure cleanliness within the warehouse, correct and proper storage of stocks on pallet racking or shelving, the safety of goods in storage and accuracy of storage locations.
Ensure all safety regulations are being carried out when using operating equipments such as lift-trucks, powered trucks and hand pallet jacks.
Assist in the Monthly Cycle Counting procedures.
(Assist in the carrying out of barcoding & scanning activities.
Operate Fork lifter for various tasks.
Perform data entry of all the receiving of the day.
Doing GRN against PO in SAP for physical receipt of goods.
